I wouldn't think that there should be anything very special that you'd need to do, but I do recall eye photographs being used to illustrate camera noise by ISO rating. Perhaps there's something about the texture that makes any camera noise stand out. I think that your best bet is to use bright difuse lighting (out of doors on a bright but cloudy day) and a low ISO.
