Better. See how the green is starting to come out in the plant and the colors of the bird are just starting to come out.
Now reduce it another 5% or so and the colors should come out even more.
This is one of the hard lessons to learn is how less light can equal more saturated colors, I am still learning it.
With the contrast let your eyes be your guide. After you reduce the brightness play with the contrast until the color looks right to your eye, too much and it will start to glow or get too dark, too little and the colors will start to wash out.
If I have a pretty good exposure to work with I normally reduce the brighness 2-5 percent and increase the contrast 2-5%. Surprising what a difference these subtle changes can make.
