If you don't have the owners manual for the camera, try going to the manufacturers site and see if you can download one. They often post selected manuals -- usually in PDF format.
Even if they don't post your exact model, check out the closest model to yours that they do offer. The setup routines for closely related models are often pretty similar -- maybe enough so that you can figure out how to set yours up.
It's usually a pretty simple romp through the cameras menue.
