What are the important things.

1/ the correct tools.

2/ Good eyesight.

3/ Steady hands.

4/ Clean working conditions.

I have repaired a few,( sticky diaphragm blades etc)

but that is the most difficult part. Some are enclosed in a housing. Others like zeiss fall apart when you remove them.
