I was also wondering what settings work best resolution-wise when printing on the R800 and similar printers. I've read that if you set the dpi too high, the image quality of the print will actually be worse. According to the article I was reading, which is several years old, the optimum ppi (pixels per inch) for a digital image to print on a high quality photo inkjet is about 300dpi. Is it worth going higher than this now, with printers such as the R800?
