Easy to answer: the depth of field (the area that appear sharp) become smaller and smaller the more magnification you get. So, basically, you will never get it.

The smaller the aperture you use (the bigger the number), the better depth of field. Depth of field depends also on the focl length, but this is fixed in super macro mode.
