I'm considering putting a Raynox DCR 5000 .5X superwide angle converter on a Kyocera M410R 10X zoom lens.

Anyone have any examples of the converter (on any lens) to show us? Recommendations etc ?

It seems to be a very simple piece of glass. It does not seem to be very expensive (GB£66) but does it work?

What are other brand options worth considering in the .5X - .7X wide angle range?

It is literally too simple...
One element design means that chromatic aberration, distortions and sharpness aren't good.
(already coefficient takes care about distortion)
