I have a PowerShot A70 & wish to buy a cheap 2.5x teleconvertor on eBay to fit on my Bower 37mm tube adapter. I just wanted some feedback from folks who may have used either or both of these lenses. I do not wish to compare these lenses to better quality(& more expensive) ones, I'm just curious about the relevant merit between these 2 choices.IEwhich works best, has least distortion, vignetting, etc.
TIA ![]() |

I haven't wasted the money myself, but most people who have tried the Digital Optics have called them, "Garbage", and a lot worse.
I have a Bower polarizer which is ok, but the quality can't be compared to the quality of a lens. |

Thanx for that info, after doing searches here I gathered that about Digital Optics.
Guess I'm most curious what folks thought about Bower lenses... |
