The wide-angle lens that fuji makes for the s5100 is a 55mm diameter, .79x magnification.
This magnification seems to be a bit small and not worth the money, so I was looking at this Oly lens that is also a 55mm diameter, so I'm guessing it could be mounted on the s5100. Is this true? Are different brands compatible with most other brands of cameras? I hope I am not stuck buying this fujifilm wide-angle. the oly lens is: http://www0.shopping.com/xPF-Olympus...gle_Conversion here's the fuji lens: http://www0.shopping.com/xPF-Fuji_WL...S_KIT_24349290 |

If your Fuji 5100 takes a 55mm thread
then you can put any 55mm lens on it but thats not saying they will work good the WCOM has a good reputation though |

Ok, so what are the return policies on these lense? Is it possible to send it back if I find out it does not work correctly with my camera?
If not I will have to venture to a camera shop and see if I can try one out there. Know any reputable dealers? |

that is different for each retailer/supplier
some onlines suppliers will, some wont just like store fronts talk to them about return policy "Before you Buy" |
