Hi,
Need some help... I want to buy a 300mm lens, but i have some doubts... on the quality of the lens: Which one is best? 1. Sigma 28-300mm DG F3,5-6,3 MACRO 2. Sigma 70-300mm F4-6,5 APO Macro Super II The plan here is to have a good lens to take 300mm shots. I don't know if this lens are good or not, but i would appreciate some recommendations. |

Hi CCtrader,
I would say (2) will be better but neither of them are best on 300mm side. (2) is a bit soft on 200-300mm, otherwise it is agreat lens to own. There are lots of samples from 70-300mm APO super macro II on Pbase, they aren't very great but is acceptable for non-critical applications. Nose Turning Red~ Rudolf. |
