Yes, HDTV.
The new crop of 'Microdisplay' TV's (LCD, DLP & D-ILA) some of them suffer from being too bright! Some owners are using a gel ND filter to cut the light output down with very good results. Also wouldn't a glass filter be better than a gel?

My question is; just how do the ratings on the filters go? IOW's to achive a desired result of x% reduction, what filter rating would be needed?
