I believe it's a T-Mount lens, which means that it doesn't AF or AE. It's a long refraction lens, and it's inexpensive, so it will be soft and have lots of chromatic aberration. And to turn the 500mm f/8.0 lens into a 1000mm lens, it comes with a 2X teleconverter which will add to the chromatic aberration and it will reduce the maximum aperture to f/16, which is where you'll probably start bumping into the diffraction limit of your camera.
You may get lucky, but I think you'll be disappointed.

Don't do it! It's junk. Well, not TOTAL junk. You can use it as a door stop, paper weight, or a weapon. But, as a lens.... uh uh.

Take a look at the Sports & Action Photos and Transportation Forums to see what others are using for motorcycle races.
BTW, what camera do you have?

After looking at your own bike pics, taken with a Nikon D3000 and a Tamron 70-300 (Di LD, I presume), I think you're actually doing fairly well with the gear you've got.
