Hi,
I have the Sony DSC-v3 and i guess the front thread is 58mm (not sure), i'd like to know if the Tamron AF 70-300mm f4-5.6 LD MACRO 1:2 can be used with the DCS-V3, i guess i need to use some conversion rings, checked out the Raynox site but not able to find out the exact one that needs to be used. The lens is described in this site - http://www.ajpurdy.com/ Has anyone tried this, how would the image calrity be, would there be any kinda distortions Thanks, K. |

No, the Tamron lens will not work. It is designed for SLR cameras and has a bayonet mount to match the specific camera it is intended for. It is also not designed to work in front of another lens.
See here for the Raynox lenses for your V3 http://www.raynox.co.jp/english/digital/v1/index.htm Plus there is the Sony addon lens for the V3 http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/cont...goryNavigation Declan |
