Recently bought a canon A40 as an digital start-up. If I like digital will probably go to a G3.
Looking for a teleconverter as 3x is a little low. The canon 52mm diameter teleconverter seems too much money for a transitional camera. Have two thoughts: 1. I could buy the canon 58mm which fits the g3. Would this cause any trouble with the viewfinder. 2. Since the actual lens is much smaller than the 52mm adapter, could I get away with say a 37mm Tiffin which is reasonable in cost. Would this vinette Or any other ideas? Thanks.
