Basically I'm wondering if I can use my old lenses from my medium format 6X7 camera on a new dSLR. Is there any way to do this? If so what dSLR's would work?

thanks folks.

Hi, Somewhat late replying. ... I'd suggest you search Ebay for "Lens Adaptors", you'll find a pile to search through. ... I seem to remember seeing adaptors for Pentax

medium format lenses, I think they were pretty expensive, but it may be worth a look. ... Hope this helps ... Jack

There are adapters available to do what you want.

Search for "pentax 6x7 adapter" on ebay. They are basically open tubeswith appropriate fittings on each end.

Pentax cameras will allow focus confirm feedback & "focus trapping" (shutter operateds when focus is detected.)
