Hi!
I have a 55mm UV lens on my Fuji 3800 and was told that the best thing to get was a screw-on cover, not a snap-on. Any ideas where I might find them?? Neither of my local places have them, so any suggestions for looking on-line? Thanks! ![]() |

My first choice for filters, stepping rings, lens caps, etc. is:
http://www.2filter.com Another very good choice is B&H: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/ And there's always Porters: http://www.porters.com |

I will second Jim's endorsement of www.2filters.com. They are good people to work with.

quick thought: my olympus extends the lens when turned on. If yours does the same, a screw-on cap is death: human error and all...

Have you seen one of these flip open lens caps? I thought it was a pretty neat idea for solving the problem of knocking off your lens cap each time the lens extends.

I have one and they are very handy. I can use it and insert the Kenko adapter. Here is a link for them: http://www.olympuscap.homestead.com/ |
