I'm going to take a shot at this but please keep in mind, I don't own a Fuji S5200.

If you want to get the TCON-17, you want the plain vanilla version. I believe it's the one listed for $199 CDN, "web code 591CAR001". This has a 55mm screw-on mount. I tried to find out what kind of mount the Fuji has but could not find that info.

The TCON-17 is an excellent add-on lens. Magnification factor is 1.7 (i.e., 1.7 times what ever focal length you're using.) It's bright which results in nearly no light loss so you don't have to bump down the shutter or aperture. I have the B-300, the immediate predecessor to the TCON-17, and have really enjoyed it. Here's a shot of a couple of mallard ducks I took last spring with my Oly C-730 with B-300 attached:

Thanks for the post back, the thread is 55mm I will check it out at the camera shop. Does it need an adapter between the TCON & the camera fixed lense. Nice capture on the mallards, great colour.

Probably don't need an adpater considering the camera already has a 55 mm thread. Best to check your manual or local cameral shop.
