Pixlr Express by Autodesk . . . 2 thumbs up! :)

I just tried Pixlr Express by Autodesk on my Android phone and it seems pretty good to edit pictures. (I see that there is an iOS version available.)

I was familiar with the on-line Pixlr editor. (Very cool! Nice and simple!)

And I remember playing around with Pixlr-o-matic on my Android phone, which was an easy way to add filters / effects.

But Pixlr Express seems to be really, really powerful. Adjustments include cropping, rotating, straightening, sharpening, auto fix, blur, etc. etc. etc.

Plus there are effects, overlays, borders, text, stamps.

Like a one-stop-shop for cleaning up a photo before posting, just using your phone / tablet.

LgCamera. It is old and not flash, and trial and error on resolution/frame rate settings and examining the footage to see if it matches settings are needed, but it is the best at giving me max quality results so far. The camera ics is not as good but OK and better than the official version because you can select bit rate. CineDroid is a professional attempt at cinema camera features, but still prototype not being upgraded for now.

The best in terms of features seems to be:

A great product on iOS but coming to Android.
