I love the look on the face of Siiri as she looks to Sirkka for guidance and training. I also enjoy the on-going saga of the lives of these two. Thank you for keeping us up to date! Robert

Thank you, Robert, for following my friends. Putting together a folder with interactions between the two.

Here, needless to say, the older sister is coaching/supervising the work of her younger protege

You are a man who likes dogs. Can you tell a little about your best friend in the avatar.

Thank you, flutelady. Anyone could be happy knowing them. Like children they are no possessions. They belong to the world

Torgny

Here they are from a different angle

Hi Torgny,

Sometimes we "dog lovers" get wrapped up in our friends and forget they are dogs. Such is the case with King. We originally got him for my son, for his 33rd birthday. Then his signifigant other (my daughter-in-law) became pregnant, and within a few months, we took over the care of King. They already have a two year old boy, and my son works six days a week, so a dog was too much. He is very happy here with us and will be forever.

He is actually two dogs-- an outside dog and an inside dog, with individual personalities suited to each environment. We've had dogs before in our life together, but never one to make such an impact as this one. He is very smart, and trying to avoid being "trained" by him is difficult. Sometimes I think he is part wolf in that regard. Thank you for asking, and since this is a photography forum, here are a couple of pics..:-)

Eight weeks old...

Three months...

Eight months...

Seventeen Months...

Sorry to have gotten so long-winded... Robert

I almost forgot his breed, he is a German Shepherd...
