I love this shot! A working dog is a happy dog, I always say. My dog "works" by leading me on walks in the woods and looking back to make sure I'm following..

Rum gets to experience the "real" thing..

A duc? Lovely shot! I can see my König in his eyes.
But i love all dogs and all dog's picks, so my opinion is worthless.

This dog isn't mine (photo is) but the bird is the same as is being retreived in the original post. Its a pheasant.

Great first shot! Dog or human, the eyes are the window to the soul.

Thanks, and the important thing is that your dog DOES have a job. I have a feeling the job is the same, in essence, as my dog's job.

My boys get me off my keester and that allows me to enjoy nature and observe the canine in its element. They also have the task of making me feel like the most important person in the world when I walk through the door.

My life is better with them.

Thanks all.
