Default Here's looking at you

I'm glad I'm not a bird right now.

Nice shot, Mike. Are you a Canon man yet? Or still trying?

No Robert

I'm going to stay a Sony guy. The guy who owned both Canon and Sony kits decided to stay with Canon.

I kind of bummed that he's keeping his Canon 7D but on the flip side he's going to sell me his Sony 70-200, 70-400, 58 flash and a fisheye for a good price (my wife's just thrilled with me right now).

So instead of being able to borrow lenses whenever I wanted to I now have to buy them.

I like my Sony stuff but I'm telling you that 7D was a very impressive camera and the 17-55 and 70-200 lenses that go with it are equally impressive.

I think he made the right choice. I would have done the same.

That cat photo above was taken with his 7D and the 70-200. I was waiting for a humming bird and I guess the cat was too.
