Default Panning Ant

Found this ant at bottom of tree, was going to try and do a closeup of it. But it didnt want it's picture taken and started running up the tree...fast, those dudes can travel. So I tried my panning skills instead...and this is best I got from 4 or 5 shots.

Nice panning.

(for future reference a little bit of Super Glue will keep those ants in place for as many shots as you want. )

Thanks everyone for looking and the comments. The little ant went from the bottom of the tree to about 5-6 ft high in about 4 or 5 seconds..he was carrying the mail...so I made use of its traveling to practice my panning. Changed it to BW becasue the oak tree had a a lot of moss/mold and the color version it was a big glob and ant didnt stand out very well.
Thanks again.
