Default How could you not love this face??

Didn't quite get the depth of field I was going for but it really captures her sweet disposition and big eyes I think.

Actually I think I do like the depth of field. At first I was thinking I would have liked her entire snout to be sharp and in focus but I think the blur helps draw the focus to her eyes.

I love it with the existing DOF - agreed that it draws attention to the eyes.

Good one brad, this must be a rather large breed as there is still a lot of dog behind the shot. Really nice markings on her face, and very intelligent eyes. I am not sure how you could inprove on the depth of field from that close...

Thanks, hk. She weighs 65lbs.

I love her markings as well. You're probably right about the dof. At least not without a macro lens.
