Default First set of pictures with my new camera!

I have no clue as to what I am doing here and my pictures don't look anything like what I have seen on here. So bear with me!

I have an Olympus Stylus 7030, that I just got last week. I was trying to get a copy of the Properties, when you right click a picture, but it would seem that you can't copy that info.

I had a kazillion questions about the details in the Property box. It tells you what settings you took the picture, but the names and words they use are not the same ones on my camera! So I am confused. Also on some of these pictures I was close up to the tank and some I zoomed in from the couch but on the Properties box it doesn't say that.

How do you guys duplicate the settings on a great picture?

Anyways ~

This is my 125 gallon Frontosa tank!

SP,

First let me complement you on your choice of avitar very "eye catching".

These are not bad photos from your first use of a camera you are not familiar with.! Practice and patients are the key (so I'm told) to being able take good potographs. I am new to the field and have yet been able to produce any thing remotely similar to what the professional people post here. But I will endeavor to persevere! Good luck with your progress and welcome to the forums. Frank
