Phil,

We are all different, dogs as well as people. I see goodness and and sadness in his eyes. Most of the people that get German Shepherds shouldn't have done it. They've always looked at me as a friend. It's my breed of choice but I got two medium sized dogs instead. I couldn't stand always keeping dogs in leashes

People are the ones who have created the image of them and teach them a lot of stupid things. In this case the mistress had never let him loose before. "Do it", I told her, angrily. So she did, hesitantly. And he showed an examplary behaviour towards my dames

Dames should always be allowed to set the limits. Mentally healthy sires recognize their signals.

Regards

Torgny

This is Rex, another of those suppressed German Shepherds that we managed to give some moments of freedom

Agree with you 100% > and because I am a softie for beautiful eyes, I would find it hard to resist

We are lucky where we live in that there are many dof-off-leach areas where owners can let the dogs roam and run 'free'

Thx for the lovely photos & extra info
Regards, Phil
