Default Farewell To George

Just a short note to say THANK YOU to all of you that looked at the previous post when George was missing (posted by error in the Members Family Photos section) - and a very very BIG thank you to JIMC for your kindness and understanding.

Sadly George passed away on the 21 June.

George and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the great comments you gave him for his photos here on the forum.

He truely was my best friend. Here he is on the Road to Saint Jaques de Compostelle.

Sorry to hear the sad news. I knew that a dog in the family becomes more than just a pet, but one of the family. Mind sharing what happened?

Dyane, I am saddened by this news as well. As Bynx said, they are our family. My prayers for you.

So very sad and sorry to hear about darling George. He was a star at Steve's and his journeys with you will be missed. Vale George.

Hi Bynx, Hawgwild & Banksy - and thank you for your support and lovely messages. Yes, George was my little baby, my little boy, always with me and always loving and forever faithful. He certainly was my family and my everything for 8 years.

Thanks once again - Dyane

I haven't been visiting this particular forum much, Dyane, but we have lost our share of dogs over the years, and we feel your pain. Please accept our deepest condolences.
