To Steve the Administrator!

I have been on this forum since June 2002 and I have never seen a "Stupid Pet Tricks" Most all of the pets are cute. I feel the name needs to be changed to Cute Pets!

I can't believe they sat still for me to take their picture.

I just can't contain myself... Did you ever think to name them Mutt and Jeff?

Now that I've gotten that out of my system, I can go on to say that this is a delightful photo. What's particularly interesting here is that they're of nearly identical coloring, but everything else about them is so very different.

Barbara,

I told Lupe the Chihuahua what you said about his name and he thinks I should post a few of my friends cats photos.

When I got Lady, she was no larger than Lupe! She is now close to 70 lbs. and Lupe is still 6 lbs. They play together all of the time, but Lupe is the boss. When he speaks Lady runs and hides.

Here is a photo I took today, they like to watch the traffic.

Thanks for the comments, I guess I am the only one who does not like the name "Stupid Pet Tricks".

Lovely dogs you ve got there!!

I agree with you Chuck, i dont like the name very much...something like "Pets" or "Pet tricks" etc. would be nicer!
but anyway i dont think the present name influences the content of our messages! we know that this is the gallery of our adorable little friends!

Fabulous! You have a great subject to start with and these two images really capture them.

I especially love them watching the traffic. Oddly enough, it makes me like the name "stupid pet tricks" more; the pet tricks segment on Late Night with David Letterman was always called that and it always seemed that the tricks were about pets being themselves and us enjoying them for that. (My favorite trick will always be a dog who drank milk out of his "owner's" mouth--now, who really wears the pants in that family?)

Remember the Chihuahua in the Taco Bell commercials? I watched a piece about that dog and its trainer. It seems the little dog makes the others, even Great Danes, mind their P's and Q's. Small dogs, big attitudes. Your second photo hints of it. After all, who's sitting up front?

I've wanted a Chihuahua for years. One of these days...

That second picture is just great! I can't stop chuckling. The only way to make it better would be to have a cat in the picture!
