Default Portrait of a dog

No silly tricks, just a snapshot I took today during "golden hour," of our four-year-old family member Sandy. She's 1/2 Lab, 1/4 Husky, and 1/4 Shiba-ken (a Japanese breed) --at least, we think that's her makeup.

Personality-wise, she's mostly Lab: quiet, loves children, loves to fetch, and generally great family dog.
(I took this particular photo for its juxtaposition against the moon.)

Thanks, Vito. She's a sweetie.

A beautiful, peaceful shot. Perfection would be reached if you "de-pinked" the belly or the inside of the left thigh (can't figure out which it is) because the color is just strong enough to attract the eye away from the rest of the picture and then the dog's face, which should be the final resting point for the eye.

You noticed that, too, Barb! My wife and I said the same thing when we saw it. Her belly really is that color right there, but it is detracting. (new version is uploaded above)
