I was about to go to bed but I saw she stole my red silk blanket. Camera nearby, what were my other choices??

Awww, Amy, isn't that cute! Even dogs appreciate the luxury and feel of a red silk blanket...

Great shot, Amy. It's obvious that your dog loves you and is willing to put up with the camera for your sake... :-)

well i think she's about 7 now but age is only a number, right? *wink wink*

We got her from the pound when two other families "refused" her because she would "bite them" (aka she was teething and needed to bit SOMETHING)

Now she's the most docile dog I know. She's never ever bit me with the intention of it hurting, and my 18 month old niece crawls all over her, yanks her ears, pinches her tail, and she puts up with it! I love the girl, but she's got some health issues.

I actually prefer older dogs, we got our jack russell (with all the bad habits in the world) at the age of six as my sister could not keep him. He is now almost 13, going blind and is a bit stiff. But he still manages to race around the yard barking at what he thinks he sees and is a good companion.
