Wandered out to watch my niece ride her horse today and got these shots.

Jess riding

and Jumping

A little pony was watching on. As you can see it is very dry here at the moment, no rain for some time and this area is usually green with a lake in the background, however the lake has dried up and the horses are carted water and feed

Great shots. I like the jumping one the best. you caught it just right. Your niece has good form when she is in "forward seat".

Thanks, my niece has been riding competitively since the age of six but now at 18 this is the first time in 18 months she has been back on a horse as she needed some pretty radical knee surgery.

I like the sepia one best. Very well thought out. Gotta say though the 'mis fitting halter' one is a heart grabber. Nice.

Yes Suzen, hes a cutie but he is also a real terror, known for playing up a lot, he is a kicker and biter yet looks as if butter would not melt in his mouth.:-)

Your first picture of the saddle is incredible! It looks like one of those pictures you see in an advertisment
