The cat's left eye is normal, but i don't know what the hell is happening in the right one...if you didn't PS that you might want to take him to the vet.

The green eye looks normal to me, most night friendly animals are not subject to red eye. This is due to the fact that they have a reflective layer of cells that helps gather light and reflect it back at the retina. Look up Tapetum Lucidum and it will explain all about it. The only humans on the planet that have a Tapetum Lucidum are the aborigines. So if you are photographing them, red eye should not be a problem.
The other eye though does look weird, being the animal lover that I am (1 lab, 3 cats) I would be at the vet's monday morning.

Don't know about friendly night animals, but this is our faux meez. (siamese)
She does this anytime light hits her pupils. She has very blue eyes.

I also have a siamese with very blue eyes, and her eyes come out so red in pics that I can't even fix it with red-eye removal "equiptment". I'll try to post one later.
