These pillars are composed of handmade, individual ceramic tiles, averaging around a foot square. The pillars are about 7 feet tall and reside outside of the Elmhurst (Illinois) Art Museum. All sides have different designs, but they are consistent enough that I believe the same artist did them all.

Those are beautiful columns. Have you done any close up photography of the individual tiles? Neat shot.

Thanks for the compliment and for asking about more shots Suzan. Some of these were poorly exposed so I had to adjust contrast and brightness a bit....not much though. Composition is just not very good on some, fair on others. Most of these were meant as studies vs compositions anyway....Ask and yea shall receive....Bob..
