I recently went to visit the Gold Country and stayed in Jackson, a little town near Sutter Creek. I met some of the most courteous people there but I must admit, Main street on late Saturday night is a bit scary!

Oh, they remind me of your earlier shots of Virginia city here. I particularly liked your first photo. How authentic these shops seem. Especially the one with flag..very pretty, very spirited. I wish you included more of it in the frame at the cost of cropping off from the corner of the building on the left handside. Thank you Tullio..

Thanks for your comments, Bahadir, I did not crop the rest of the building off. I took pictures of the face of those buildings. Next time I will make sure I include the surrounding area to give the viewer a better idea ofwhat the street actually looks like.

Oh, please be sure that you've been generous enough to give us, at least to me, an overall impression about the street. There's no question of that. And I do appreciate your industrious attitude in this regard.
Well I'd better show what I tried to express with a sketch. Hope it makes sense. |

Thanks, Matthew. They are my favorites also.
Bahadir, how did you manage to add that door to the first picture keeping the perspective almost intact??? Good job, mate! |
