Hi Musket, I was having another look at you #4 shot to see why i liked it.
Further to what i said about clean, clear and crisp lines,i think it portrays the church dominance of lives in a haunting way. Now I go to church, but this picture to me looks menacing, almost threatening, I wonder what it looks like at night onat a full moon. I've played with you pic to (perhaps) illustrate what I mean. What do you think. |

built up over the years, looking at it again today in sunshine, it is glaringly clean. Alot of work is going in renovation and I am sure it will look very different when the work is completed..................musket |

I thought I might add a few ceiling shots as well
there was strong RFI (radio frequence interference) onsome of my interior shots this time, that caused moire and lines on the fuji. butI still got quite a few good interior shots. ![]() ![]() :|........................musket |

Rather, postmodernism. Not my favorite, either. But often, Cathedrals were built over a long time, and incorporated different architectural styles as they went up.St. Anne's seems to have had a few additions, inat least one different style.
This current additionseems like an extreme case, but in 400 years, I don't think it will seem so to people then, as it does to us. Of course, it's questionable whether or notthe needle will last 400 years. :G |

A good point, it often takes a century or so to build them and I'm sure fashion changes many times over that period. Thanks for viewing and the comments ![]() |
