Those are really interesting. Please tell us more about where you found them and the history behind them. It's certainly believable those faces would be seen around a courthouse!

See my pictures of the Polk Co. (Iowa) courthouse. Every large window arch has a keystone with a grotesque face on it. There are about 30 in all.
