The house is going to be renovated to its original state. In the meantime the apartments are "evacuated", the tenants are offered other places to live and if they want and can pay the rent they can move back to the house

This house was intentionally saved from the Caterpillars and will be a welcomed part of the new living area with "modern" houses, whatever that is

The house was built in the 1880ies. The first floor is built of bricks, the second and third floor are built of wood (sorry, my english ...) That´s typical for this town. There were many fires and with a first floor out of bricks the tenants could feel safer
