I looked for your paint on the net. Interesting pigment. Mostly non-toxic, except for copper salts, which would largely stay put and control mold and other microorganisms.
Elsewhere, red was often red lead, much nastier stuff. Funny how much they look like Iowa farmsteads. Lots of Germans and Swedes settled thereabouts. I get a sense of time long past when I see these. Thank you. |
