Some shots I took yesterday.
Thanks for looking guys! Chris All were taken with my 1D MK II. The first 3 photos were shot on my Slik Mini Pro III tripod with mirror lock up and remote switch. Lovely architecture and design. Many older railway stations in large cities have a style and grandeur that other transportation terminals sadly lack. Thanks for sharing.

Its difficult to shoot a place like that during the daytime with its hussle and bussle of the crowd. In the evening is better. It would eliminate a lot of those ghosts flowing through the scene. Also better chance of getting a good HDR shot. While its a grand place I think Toronto's Union Station is a bit more grand. I believe they were going to rename it to Toronto Grander Central Station.

Amazing and 'Grand' pictures, cmoy!
I like them all and the name Grand Central fits the building nicely. Would you mind sharing some EXIF-data with us? Camera, lens, f-stop, exposure, et cetera....? Thank you for sharing such grand motives and pictures! |
