Very good and clean lighthouse-shot!
It really looks edible, and yummie enough yo eat, so tender and friendly colors and mood. I'm not sure if any crop can make this better as it is (looks perfectly all right to me...), as the lighthouse is smack in the midddle of the portrait-format picture. Here is my proposal, Torgny: |

Love the clouds in this shot. I like the composition in Walter's edit, but the color balance in the original is more attractive because it contrasts the blue atmospheric light with the warmer light of the lighthouse.
Or so I think. |

The Barbarian, It's always hard to remember colours. And taking a photo of a photo doesn't lead anywhere. But what struck me at the location was the toylike, kitschy colours Never seen that before. Almost like a cartoon. Made me hungry Thanks for viewing Torgny |

Walter_S,
The Barbarian, Rob_W, Hards80 Jepp. Seems we share the interest in lighthouses. This one is called Rune's Fyr. The dominant newspaper over here published for a couple of years a weekly avatar-sized picture of a fyr, lighthouse in the upper right corner. So there are many of them. It is told, by the way, that people living along the coast in the days of old, could burn large fires to mislead ships, thereby getting their hands on wreckage, stranded goods Want to share two other pictures of this particular lighthouse, sitting late at night by the PC. The second is somewhat tautologous, to use a word from theoretical philosophy Anyhow, thanks for your interest and here they are Last edited by Torgny; Jan 7, 2010 at 8:33 PM. |
