Beautful new building but sad photo. The contrast between the new and the rich built practically on top of what looks like a shanty town is a very sad statement indeed.

thanks for you reply.
most of the people lived in shanty town have moved into the new house like the new built in this picture. some of them are still living there. this is aproblem...... |
