Yes it is pretty hazy there most of the time. It's always Hot and very Humid, and it rains almost every third day at least once a day. The good thing about the rain is that it sometimes will clear the air of the dust and smoke resulting in a clearer day. It's a small country with a lot of people. A lot of traffic congestion and exhaust smoke.
