Great photo. Crop it at the top of the trees and only a small part of the sky will show. I am sure you could make the sky a light blue.

I posted the first one, because I believe that the white (natural overcast) supported the clean and structured garden and castle well. I'm not convinced, that any inserted sky would do any good.
