If I could get that place with land for $20k, I would take it on as a long term project. I think I would like to live in that house once it was renovated.

Hi calr, we sure have alot ofthose kinda places around here, but every time I ask somebody for info on one, nobody can ever tell me anything. somebody has to own them.

As I study this house, I infer (right or wrong) a few things about the place.
First, its basic size indicates the original owners were relatively prosperous. Second, it appears some rooms were added on later for new family members perhaps. Except for the small porch, even after all these years, the lines are "true". This indicates to me it was a house built well, built to last. |
