Urbanization is real so I had to post a photo of where it is not yet.
Actually I did my first B&Wand wanted some critiques on it. I did not know what forum to post it on but I figured this would be the place to start. Thanks, Jim ![]() |

Youare right to have concerns about such lovable places. Around here where I live therewere some tea houses where fishermen would go and then they were first discovered by some intellectuals and now thesegenuine places have turned intofancycafeterias wherethey usuallyhave frappe, coke, fast food, etc...and you can see no fishermen anymore!!
Anyway, you found a great subject for B&W, with its rustic architecture displaying rich texture. So I quite liked it ![]() Thanks for sharing, Jim. |

Sorry bahadir I have to disagree with you, as far as fill flash is concerned, its very good as it is, the only thing is the sky its blown out, I would have put a mono sky in, nice job jim.

Thank you Bahadir and Alex for your kind comments. I appreciate them.
I like your fill flash technique Bahadir. Unfortunately I don't have that option in Adobe 7.0. Several photos I have would be improved if I had that option. The "Mono Sky" sure would help this photo Alex. Can you explain more how to do this? Thanks again! |

I don't mind at all Alex. In fact I kind of like this technique. You have given me a new direction to go the next time I visit this area.
Thanks. |
