"The Tower," a Tri Level House Standing 85 Feet Tall, is a Replica of a Historical Water Tower that was Reconstructed. The Architectural Design is Combined with a Designer Interior Layout. The Water Tower Features a 360 Degree, Unsurpassed View of the Pacific Ocean, Huntington Harbour and the San Gabriel River. The Top Floor has a Stained Glass "Copula" a 7 Foot Diameter Table that Lifts into the Ceiling, and a 42" Diameter Fire Pit. A Large Movie Screen Retracts from the South Side which Doubles this Large Room into a Movie Theatre.
The Second Floor Master Bedroom Features a Built In Queen Size Bed, a Wet Bar, Built In Bureaus and Recessed Television. The Circular Bath with a Steam and Hydra Bath Free Standing Sink has Revolving Walls to the Large Second Floor Living Area. Built in Bureaus, and Stained Glass Accent Lighting Decorates the Second Floor Area.
A Sitting Area Encompasses the other Half of the First Floor. A Spiral Staircase Made of Oak, Brings You to the Top Floor.
The First Floor Kitchen Boasts Italian Tile Flooring, Tile Counter Tops, Double Sinks, a Built In Butcher Block and a Dumbwaiter. All Floors have Automatic Roll Up Shutters.
The Ground Floor has a 2 Car Garage, Beautiful Indirect Entry Lighting, Marble and Granite with Skylights and a Maids Quarters with a Bath and a Kitchen. Just above the Ground Floor is an Open Area Jacuzzi, Stereo System and a Spectacular View. The Elevator goes to the 2nd Floor.

nice pad walter you should blag the owner to let you shoot inside maybe we would rent it if we knew what it was like internally LOL

So with the maids quarters you get a maid when you rent the place. So there is someone there all the time. Since the house could have been built anywhere I didnt find the view that spectacular in the spot they did build it.
