San Diego skyline by night.

I had nothing to do so I decided to scope out some places to take good shots of the skyline. What do you think of this angle? Please critique and comment.

Nice view, indeed..I especially liked the various boats in the sea and the reflections from the buildings behind, all together, making a lively atmosphere in which I used to living since my early youth
Thus, I'd suggest some more of the foreground to include the rest of the reflections, some cropping from the black sky to bring more emphasis to the city and about 5% fillflash (though I am not usually in favour of using fill flash!) to make the boats more visible, and finally 30-35% sharpening to enhance the overall look.
Here's a sketch intended to display if the few steps above is worthy of trying...
