The pictures (total 6) are from a sanatorium complex consisting of different units on ca. 600 m. altitude, remote from the city and in wild nature.
The complex is tottaly abandoned, but within its context it is more beautiful than many hotels.
It's pity that nobody intends to renovate it.

Emre,

To me this series of pictures is an example showing that so called "social and/or documentary" photography indeed can have a high artistic level. Great

Torgny

What diseases were treated there. I might guess tuberculoses, given the high location of the sanatorium?

Your first, fifth and sixth pictures, especially, apealed to me! Well, being an architectmay help with the composition, right ?

Btw, the characteristic tree in the first and the second shots has a great potentiality I think. Ah,your shots reminded me theexpressiveabandoned asylum series by Geminichild. Emre! If onlyyou had seen them!

Torgny,

Thanks for the compliments.
And yes, you've well recognized; it was for tuberculosis.
When you think the city center is at sea level, a ca. 600 m. altitude is well enough for the patients.
