Good capture nice colours. Remindsus that nothing manmade lasts

forever. It's just that some things last longer than others.

How true! Thanks for taking a look.

Very interesting subject. Nice shot.

I think the newer building behind it distracts from it. Perhaps if you were closer or at an angle, you could have captured it without the newer building behind it.

Thanks for your comments. The newer building is actually from the '30s and to be honest, I framed the shot to capture it in the back ground. To me it added a little to the shot but I do see your point. Thanks again.

I wonder what it was like when it was new .....
And God knows what storieshave diffused into its moldering walls!

A friend of mineexplored almost the century old love between an American officer and a Greek lady( who was the mistress of the mansion at that time) relying on the letters he found in theunderground of an old house he hadtaken oversome time ago...

Agh! I am nostalgia striken again : )

hey bahadir, I get the same way. I look at these old buildings and my imagination runs wild, especially buildings in an rough and tumble old west mining town like Jerome ... you know this old building has many stories .....
