As you know, Sardis is also one of the Seven Churches of Revelation one of which, Smyrna, is my hometown : )

Absolutely beautiful pictures, estethically and technically. Number 1 is my favourite: The shadow of the left pillar... great composition

And that light, still the same today

Thanks for the feedback! Good point indeed...That's the reason Icould not bring myself to remove it from the series becoming somewhat crowded with six pics of the same location.
