Hi Chris, you asked for some views so...

What agreat photo, love it and would hang it on my wall, please send me the full file so i can print it.

Good question.. my view is..., what i like on the no noise is the flat sky which parallels the flat of the buildings, the sky is almost like a stainless steel sheet which again parallels modern material of the skyscraper, concrete and steel. There are some radius arches that appear in the sky, but probably do not show on the 6-10 meg original. I like the glint of light on the vertical lines, just about right.

On the noise photo the radius lines are gone, which is good, but it has the pepper effect. Gone is the steel sheet look to the sky and the composition is weakened because of this (in my view). What do you think? Colin

If you are going to add noise you might as well go all the way and make it look like it was taken back in the day on tryX film

Both are nice B&W images So, I understand your dilemma : )Still, I'd take the first one in spite of the artistic approach in the second one, for I prefer to see smooth skies!
